Template to add a game[]

Pro-tip: Before copy-pasting this template, make sure you don't remove the "Add photo" thing when creating a page. Just leave that intact, add your cover and then copy-paste -> modify away.

Make sure to add categories, like "Company (Developer)", "Company (Publisher)", "20xx (Release Year)", "NTSC-U/J/PAL (Region)", "Genre (Genre)". If you're adding a game, make sure to include "Games" as a category.

There are 5 states for games: Perfect, Playable, In-game/Partially Playable, Menus, Broken. Please include that as a category, too. If you're not sure how to tag, please contact me here.
